Oh people need to chill the eff out, for real. We have a sourdough start, too. Since you're adding new in and taking some out all of the time, it's not even like you're eating the same bit. Sourdough is gooood :)

Sourdough is sooo good. I've known how its maid, I even tried making my own starter, but somehow it got moldy. :(
